How much does it cost?

Receiving matches is free during beta. You pay a 10% placement fee only if you hire, and hires come with 90-day replacement support. An optional $200/month membership adds longer protection, priority matching, and hiring support.

How fast will I get candidates?

Most shortlists go out within 3–5 business days of your request, depending on the role.

Who employs the worker?

You engage the worker directly as a contractor or through your preferred setup. We handle sourcing, screening, and matching — not payroll or employer-of-record services.

What does 'AI-trained' mean?

Candidates are screened for hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, and n8n, and for the ability to build and run AI-assisted workflows — not just talk about them.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

Beta placements include 90-day replacement support: if it's not working, we source a replacement at no additional placement fee. Members get 6 months.
